Wiz Werx was challenged with preserving Dulux Singapore corporate image and re-establishing its online presence in the local market. The website was to provide customers with personal attention and support through the confusing task of colour selection. The solution: segmenting content based on user interaction and limiting the points of entries of the product catalogue. In addition to encouraging DIY users, we proposed to implement an e-Commerce system, together with collaboration between the company and preferred Interior Designers.
