Keppel Nights - Cultivating Audiences for the Arts
Singapore, 21 November 2008 - As part of their 40th anniversary celebrations, Keppel Nights – a partnership between Keppel Corporation and National Arts Council was launched.
Wiz Werx Pte Ltd was tasked to conceptualize, design and develop a solution to extend information of arts and entertainment performances and the ticket subsidy scheme online.
Users are able to keep up-to-date with the current performances on subsidy and the subsidy password to be used. Booking resources and information are also easily accessed on the website to facilitate the process of purchasing the tickets.
Wiz Werx developed an intuitive customized Content Management System to allow the administrators to update the performances and booking information with ease.
Some of the features of the CMS are the Keppel Nights Password and the Poll modules. The modules were developed to allow the administrators to manage and define new passwords and polls in advance where the CMS will update the information on schedule.
Wiz Werx integrated Social Media Release elements- Really Simple Syndication (RSS), Digg, del.icio.us and Facebook, to increase the awareness of the Keppel Nights initiative and to keep subscribed users up-to-date with the latest information without the need to be on the website physically.
The success of the website with the arts going crowd was evident with the 3,000 monthly web visitors.
